Starter Kit
Here is what comes in your Starter Kit when you purchase an AEVA.
16x Seed pods (4 lettuce, 4 arugula, 4 kale and 4 basil): Our seed pods are made of peat moss, so no soil is required with the AEVA. Simply place your plant seeds inside, and then place your seed pod into the plant hole.
1x Seedling Kit for 24 plant sites: This kit help the seedlings sprout and maintain moisture throughout their growth. All you need to do is place the seed pods in the seedling kit and watch them germinate!
We have our AEVA for a couple of weeks now and it is providing its first harvest. We are using the lettuce to mix with tomato salads and spices to liven things up. It is a great additional resource and the flavours of the vegetables that are THAT fresh are just amazing.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss the delays in shipping.
Order Shipment
Seeds and pods are shipped using regular mail.
For the AEVA, your unit will be delivered by Deliveright, a stress free white-glove delivery service. Deliveright will contact you within 14 business days to schedule a delivery time and date. You will not get a tracking link for your AEVA delivery; however, you can contact us at sales@justvertical.com if you would like an update on your units shipment and delivery.
For the EVE, we use standard carriers. Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking link for your EVE. If you have any questions on when to expect your order, please contact adamc@sproutrite.com.

We understand that at times, you could need to return or cancel your order.
Cancellations
When an order is placed and payment (deposits included) has been secured, our team immediately expends time, energy, and care toward the completion of the ordered system. Due to this, all purchases must be cancelled within 3 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $20.
Refunds
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product or do not want to go through with your order, we're here to help!
For EVE and AEVA system, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your unit. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any refunds on any seeds, grow plugs, nutrients or accessories. |Full Details
Warranty
Just Vertical provides a 2-year warranty for the AEVA and EVE products. Within the first two years, if anything needs to be replaced (lights, pump, timers, etc.) because they do not work or break, through no fault of your own, we will send you the needed parts and materials at no cost. If set-up, maintenance and proper growing procedures are not followed as per the user manuals and guides, the warranty is voided.
If your AEVA or EVE is cosmetically scratched or damaged in any way, please reach out to support and we will get you the appropriate materials to resolve the issue. Just Vertical provides a 21-day seed germination guarantee for all seeds we sell. Any seeds that do not germinate after 21 days will be replaced at no cost to you (if used within 6 months of receipt).

Loving growing my own extremely local food.
I really love my just vertical garden. It is worth the wait to receive the handcrafted items. I am truly pleased with the results so far. I am about 3 weeks now of growing and I feel really excited to continue this project. My lettuce is already about 6 inches and filling out. It seems like each day its getting huge.
