Grobo uses a variety of sensors to collect and transmit data regarding your plant's growing environment.
EC Sensor: Electrical Conductivity. Used to measure the level of nutrients and solids in the water. This data is used to adjust nutrient dosing.
pH Sensor: Maintaining a consistent and optimal pH level is critical. Our sensors monitor and adjust your pH automatically if detected to be outside of the optimal range.
Water Level Sensor: Three water level sensors indicate the proper level to which the tank should be filled. At various stages in your plant's growth cycle, the water level will need to be adjusted for optimal growth.
Temperature Sensor: The internal and external temperatures of your grow box are measured to ensure they are always in the optimal range.
Humidity Sensor: This sensor measures the internal levels of humidity.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss the delays in shipping.
We will send you tracking information within 4 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

Our products always ship FREE via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or in the case of oversized items, via regional freight carriers.
Shipping times vary based on the item and your location, but delivery can be expected within 2-7 days of leaving the warehouse. If you have questions or need expedited delivery, please reach out to us and we will work to accommodate your specific needs!

We understand that at times, you could need to return or cancel your order. Thought each supplier has different policies on returns, we will work to find the best solution for you.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Grobo offers a 30-day return policy on all units which starts when the unit leaves the Grobo facility. All returned product(s) must be 100% complete in original packaging. Any manuals and accessories must be included. If you do not have the original packaging, some will be sent to you with the cost deducted from the total refund. The product(s) must be free from any physical damage.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the total return.
